Returns and Refunds Policy for Digital Content
At Just4Dietitians, we are committed to providing high-quality digital resources designed specifically for dietitians and nutrition professionals. As our products are intangible, instantly accessible, and cannot be "returned," our policy is strict regarding returns and refunds.
No Returns & All Sales Are Final
Just4Dietitians sells only digital products (e.g., PDF templates, Canva files, e-books, spreadsheets). Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been purchased and the file link has been made available, the sale is considered final.
No Returns: Digital files cannot be physically returned, and access cannot be revoked once the download link is provided.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any digital products purchased.
Reasons for a Strict Policy
This policy is necessary to protect the integrity of our digital content and ensure fairness:
Instant Access: Our products are available for instant download, meaning the customer gains full value immediately upon purchase.
Intangible Nature: Digital goods are intangible and cannot be returned to a "re-sellable condition" like physical items.

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, your satisfaction and ability to use the product are paramount. The only exceptions to the no-refund rule pertain to technical errors that prevent you from using the product as intended.

1. Defective or Corrupted FilesIf the file you downloaded is defective, corrupted, or incomplete due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately.
You must report the issue to info@just4dietitians.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Upon verification of the defect, we will immediately provide a replacement download link with the corrected file.
This is a replacement-only policy; a cash refund will not be offered for a defective file.

2. Incorrect Product DeliveredIf you receive a download link for a product that is demonstrably different from the one you purchased (e.g., you bought an "IBS Guide" but received a "Weight Loss Template"), please contact us immediately at info@just4dietitians.com.
We will promptly verify the error and provide the correct download link for the product you ordered.

3. Unauthorized PurchasesIf you believe your purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent, please notify us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
A Note on Consumer Rights (South Africa)
We are aware of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
While the CPA provides an Implied Warranty of Quality (Section 56), which gives consumers the right to return goods that are not suitable for their intended purpose, of good quality, or durable for a reasonable period, this is typically applied to physical goods.
As our digital products are instantly delivered and downloaded, they fall under the spirit of these exceptions, further supporting our strict no-refund policy.For digital goods, our commitment to quality is upheld by our guarantee to replace any defective or corrupted file at no cost (as outlined in the Exceptions section above).
Furthermore, ECTA provides a general seven-day cooling-off period for online transactions. However, ECTA specifically excludes this cooling-off right in cases where:The services are for the provision of electronic mail, messaging, or other similar services.
The agreement is for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they have been unsealed by the consumer.
